Shipping and Returns

BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU, THE CUSTOMER, ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE BELOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN FULL.

SHIPPING
In stock products will be shipped within 1 business day, per the freight company you have chosen. Customer Pick-Up items or Local Delivery will receive an email and/or phone call within 1 business day to schedule pickup. (NOTE - This does not apply to Custom Products). Products purchased via check by mail will be shipped after we receive your check and it clears.

If you wish to use a freight company not listed, please provide us with your freight collect information via email or telephone & we will ship accordingly. Any fees incurred by BoxGeek.com, LLC. as a result of using your freight company maybe billed separately.

In the event the product ordered is not in stock, you will be notified within 1 business day. If the lead time to ship the product is not acceptable, you will receive a full refund. (NOTE - This does not apply to Custom Products)

In the event that an incorrect shipping address is supplied by you, or any person representing you, then you agree to pay all shipping charges to and from the incorrect shipping address.  This includes all re-stocking fees, warehousing fees, handling fees and any other shipping fees incurred due to the your products being delivered to a wrong or nonexistent address, due to any error on your part.  Any additional shipping costs related to the delivery of the products will be charged to your credit card, or billed to you. We will notify you with any additional shipping charges before they are charged.


CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Custom Products may have a lead time of 3-5 business days or more depending on the materials needed to complete your request. You will be notified within 1 business day with an estimated shipment/pickup date.

RETURNS
Merchandise may be returned in new condition including original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Prior approval is required for all refunds and returns. Delays by the carrier are not acceptable reasons for cancellation, refusal, or return of an order. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from BoxGeek and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to products in transit. A restocking fee of $15 will be deducted from the refund on all returns. All boxes and supplies must be returned in their original packaging. An additional restocking fee may apply for damaged or missing items. If opened or used items are returned, BoxGeek retains the right to refuse delivery of such return or charge an additional restocking fee. All kits must be returned complete and with bands and other packaging intact for any refund to occur. Custom box orders are non-refundable and may not be returned.
